The Clubhouse is available for rental during the week and the weekends. Catering and liquor packages are available to accommodate your special occasion!

Anniversaries, Birthdays, Bridal Parties, Classes, Clubs, Conferences, Dances, Funerals, Meetings, Memorials, Retirements, Seminars, Showers, Wakes, Weddings & More!


Until further notice, per Walworth County guidelines, the Clubhouse is restricted to a maximum of 50 people.

​         Welcome to the LCBPOA! 

To help you get in touch with the correct person here are their duties:​ 

Clerk: Assessments, parking passes, membership info, lien letters, past due notices.

Clubhouse Manager: Renting the clubhouse

Secretary: Prepares meeting agendas; records meeting minutes; receives/distributes the mail.

Treasurer: Pays the bills & makes deposits.

Pier Committee: Piers & Buoys

Bylaw Committee: Presents any proposed bylaw changes to the Membership.

​​​​​​Attn: This is a reminder that  the Association dues, are due no later than Sunday, May 31st. 

 All payments should be either mailed or placed in the Drop-Box located at the front door. If you include a self-addressed stamped envelope, your receipt and your Beach/Parking passes will be mailed to you. Please read the Presidents letter as it contains a couple important changes in it. Please also remember that our address has changed. We NO longer have a PO Box. ​​All checks should be mailed to:

The Fourth of July Parade is this Saturday, July 4th at 11:00 a.m. The Parade will begin at Acacia/LSD and will end at the Main (Point) Beach. If you want to participate in the Parade, the line-up will begin at 10:30 at Acacia.  Have a happy & safe Fourth!
