Annual beach/parking passes are valid from June 1st through May 31st of each year.
Parking stalls at 3rd beach (boat launch) are "Permit Parking" ONLY. If you do not have a parking pass, you can park along the side the road on Lake Shore Dr. Keep two wheels in the gravel, that is Town property.

LCBPOA is a Property Owner's Association founded in 1926
It is overseen by the Executive Board & it's Board of Directors which consists of it's President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and two Directors from each of it's 5 Districts (see District Map). Purchasing property within the Association makes you a member. Paying all dues on time makes you a Member In Good Standing & allows you to use all Association Amenities. 2020 Handbook.pdf
The Clubhouse is currently open for business, following Walworth County COVID restrictions.
Association meetings will now be held in-person @ the Clubhouse beginning with the April 16 2021 meeting.
Association Meetings are the 3rd Thursday of each month @ 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse except November & December.
Elections are the first Sunday in May (1:00 pm-5:00 pm) every other year (2021).
The Spring Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in May at 1:00 pm - Budget approval & By-law changes. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members)
The Fall Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in October at 1:00 p.m. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members).
We encourage all Members in good standing to attend.
Below are the financial statements for fiscal year ending May 31, 2020. They are a review prepared by an independent CPA as required by the By-Laws.
