LCBPOA is a Property Owner's Association founded in 1926
It is overseen by the Executive Board & it's Board of Directors which consists of it's President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and two Directors from each of it's 5 Districts (see District Map). Purchasing property within the Association makes you a member. Paying all dues on time makes you a Member In Good Standing & allows you to use all Association Amenities. 2020 Handbook.pdf
*Annual Assessments are due by May 31st of each year
Annual beach/parking passes are valid from June 1st through May 31st of each year.
Parking stalls at 3rd beach (boat launch) are "Permit Parking" ONLY. If you do not have a parking pass, you can park along the side the road on Lake Shore Dr. Keep two wheels in the gravel, that is Town property.

Meetings & Elections
The Clubhouse is currently open and all Association meetings will be conducted at the Clubhouse...following Walworth County COVID restrictions.
Association Meetings are the third Thursday of each month 7:00 pm at the clubhouse except November & December.
Elections are the first Sunday in May (1:00 pm-5:00 pm) every other year (2021).
The Spring Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in May at 1:00 pm - Budget approval & By-law changes. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members)
The Fall Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in October at 1:00 p.m. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members). The current Fall Meeting scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2020 has been CANCELLED due to Gov. Evers new COVID restrictions.
We encourage all Members in good standing to attend.
