Annual beach/parking passes are valid from June 1st through May 31st of each year.
Parking stalls at 3rd beach are "Permit Parking" ONLY, if you do not have a parking pass you can park along side the road on Lake Shore Drive. Keep two wheels in the gravel, that is Town property.

LCBPOA is a Property Owner's Association founded in 1926
It is overseen by the Executive Board & it's Board of Directors. Which consists of it's President, Vice-President, Treasure, Secretary and two Directors from each of it's 5 Districts (see District Map) Purchasing property within the Association makes you a member. Paying all dues on time makes you a Member In Good Standing & allows you to use of all Association Amenities.

Lake Como Beach Property Owner's Association
Association Meetings are the third Thursday of each month 7pm at the clubhouse except November & December.
Elections are the first Sunday in May, 1pm-5pm every other year (2017).

The Spring Membership Meeting is the third Sunday in May, 1pm - Budget Approval. (Must have a quorum of 25 Members)
As voted on by the Membership at the 2018 spring meeting there will no longer be a fall membership meeting. There will however be a regular Board Meeting that month.
We encourage all Members in good standing to attend.
