Fall Membership Meeting October 11, 2009

 

12:00 - 1:00 PM:  Prior to Membership Meeting, Vince Mosca, from Hey & Associates Engineering firm, presented of engineering survey and status report of north shore lakefront.  Unable to use Power Point due to excessive light in the hall; paper copies were made available to audience (additional copies available in Clubhouse office). 

 

In response to audience questions regarding ice heave and areas at high risk, additional information to be made available through Cass Kordecki, Chairperson, LCBPOA Lakefront Committee, for future distribution. 

 

Presentation was videotaped for showing at a later date to benefit those Association members not present today.

 

Fall Semi-Annual Membership Meeting was called to order at 1:07 pm by President Trish Fahey

 

Roll Call was taken.

 

Present: Stephanie Johnson, Dawn Schiefelbein, Mary King, Shirley Gorz, Allen Searles, Gene Decker, John Sullivan (late w/ excuse), and Richard Kieszkowski.

Absent/excused: Laura Woolard

Absent/Unexcused: Bill Kolar,

 

This Semi-Annual Membership Meeting was held in compliance with the new By-laws, which calls for two meetings for the members wherein the members may bring issues to be discussed and voted upon in the course of the meeting by the members in attendance as representatives of the membership.  These meetings, as all of the Association meetings, are open to each and every Lake Como Beach subdivision property owner/member.

 

Quorum of 25 members not met – only 18 Members in attendance.

 

 

Shirley Gorz made a motion to adjourn due to lack of member quorum, seconded by Richard Kieszkowski, all in favor, so carried.
